Bonnie Loghry

Bonnie Loghry teaches yoga as an exploration of the relationship between classical yoga and modern science. Frequently stating that she is the least flexible yogi you’ll ever meet, Bonnie’s healthy sense of humor teaches alignment, functional movement and anatomical modifications specific for each person’s situation. Bonnie specializes in the therapeutic application of yoga for musculoskeletal problems such as scoliosis, kyphosis and osteoporosis. Bonnie is a graduate of the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco.
