We will uncover what tends to keep us stuck, dive into effective mindfulness and breathing techniques and create your unique clear-cut plan to help you succeed.
This workshop takes place over 2 days where we will be dedicated to learning mindset and mindfulness techniques, in addition to a gentle yoga practice. Beginners welcome!
